To make more of the print I made some simple modifications - I widened the sleeve cuff, reduced the depth of the hem and cut the facing separately from the front.
I positioned the print centrally on the back first then mirrored the two fronts.
The sleeves are slightly too long because I wanted some navy showing at the sleeve head and the cuffs to be the same as the shirt hem.
In total I used four scarf panels. I'm now on the look out for four vintage silk scarves that work together for another version of this shirt.
