Deliveries & Returns
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours although at busy times this may take a little longer. All orders are sent via Royal Mail.
UK orders normally arrive within 2-3 working days, European orders 7=10 working days, and non-European orders between 10 and 21 working days depending on destination.
Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and English Bank Holidays.
Since the outbreak of Covid 19 postal services worldwide have been disrupted, please be patient as this is beyond our control.

All displayed postal prices are exclusive of UK VAT.
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer you a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original condition, unopened, unused, unwashed, uncut and undamaged. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
Should you wish to cancel your order and return any goods, please notify us within a period of seven working days of receipt of your goods starting from the day following the day of delivery to you, by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us on 0844 414 8718. Please provide us with full details of the customer order number and details of which goods are being returned and the reason for returning any goods. To protect the goods please use appropriate packaging and send to: The Maker’s Atelier Ltd. PO Box 5407 Brighton, BN50 8HA On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods.
We do not refund the original delivery costs unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied. Refunds will be made against the original form of payment. The return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be your responsibility, and the goods are also your responsibility until they have been received by us, and will only be reimbursed to you by us in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. We will endeavour to deal with your return as quickly as possible, but in busy periods please allow up to 30 days for your refund, replacement or exchange.
The Maker’s Atelier Ltd cannot be held responsible for any goods that do not reach our Returns Department.
We may not be able to process deliveries to certain locations outside of the UK and we shall do so only at our sole discretion. If you order products from our website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order if you are located outside of the UK.
