If you make a purchase, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. Following this acknowledgement if you require any information regarding your order please contact us at email@example.com quoting your order number. We will inform you as soon as possible by email or telephone if the goods you have ordered are not available, if we identify a product or pricing error, if we are unable to get authorisation from your credit card or if we are unable to process your order for any other reason. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
You should inspect the merchandise upon receipt and check that the order is complete according to the delivery note as included. Please note that some fabrics will have natural irregularities. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation rights and/or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy. If you fail to take such action, acceptance of late returns are at our discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order before dispatch or within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened, unwashed, uncut and unused condition.
