The Maker's Atelier Sewing Retreat

In this year’s retreat we will be making the perfect white shirt. The pattern we will be following is The Atelier Shirt with the classic straight back.

There will be sessions on fit, including shoulder and bust adjustments. As well as demonstrations covering all the techniques needed to achieve a professional finish from collar to cuffs.

During the three days, Frances will present the latest trends and fabrics for the seasons ahead, followed by an opportunity to go fabric shopping with Frances and Claire.

You will leave with a beautiful white shirt, with all the skills and the confidence to make many more in the future.

What’s provided: The printed Atelier Shirt pattern, white cotton fabric, interfacing, thread and buttons.

This will be an intensive but enjoyable three days for you to take your sewing skills to a new level, while socializing with like minded people. It will be fun!
