Great trousers that have already received compliments. I’ve made the woven version in a lightweight wool/synthetic fabric from Fabworks.
The fabric has a little stretch in it which made getting the zip in, a little trickier than it needed to be. I suspect I could have made the stretch version.
Nevertheless I’m delighted with the end result and know that these informal trousers are perfect now we’re spending so much more time in casual wear.
Fabric and Trim Suggestions
Woven: cotton drill, linen, denim and other medium weight woven fabrics
Jersey: medium weight jersey constructions - single or double knit, interlock, loop back and brush back in cotton or cotton blends. Fabrics with Lycra or elastane will prevent bagging at the seat and knee area.
Digital pattern formats
Our digital patterns are immediately downloadable with PDF files for AT HOME printing on A4 or US paper sizes and COPY SHOP printing on A0 sheets. Read more in this Journal post.

The PDF files should be opened using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
For security purposes the number of downloads per file are limited. Please download each file to the device you intend to save the file on, and SAVE the file before opening and printing. In this way you will be able to print as required. Multiple downloads will lock the file.
The patterns are multi-sized and all sizes print on the At Home and Copy Shop versions.
